Harvest Dinner and Cider Pairing

For VA Cider Week, the chefs at Mise En Place are excited to welcome Chef/Cidermaker/Beer Aficionado Andy Hannas, of Potter’s Craft Cider, for a multi-course pairing dinner for VA Cider Week. Have some cider, have some food and a lot of fun in the Mise En Place β€œcellar”.

Chef Lawrence and Chef/Cidermaker Andy have curated an incredible menu of:
– Crispy Ham Terrine, Celeriac & Apples paired with Farmhouse Dry Cider
– Chicken Liver Mousse w/Calvados Gelee paired with Pelure Cider
– Roast Leg of Lamb, Savory Herbs, Potato Gratin paired with Hewes Cider
– Golden Pineapple Tatin, Apple Caramel paired with I Wanna Go Home Cider
