Elle Correll lived in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, located in the sherry triangle, and enjoyed many a glass of sherry. After helping open the Buskey Cider in April 2016 with her husband, Will, she began the campaign to get a couple of sherry barrels to add to Buskey’s growing barrel program. Last year, the big (expensive!) move was made, and a couple of oloroso sherry barrels from Pedro Domecq were flown in to begin the project with a blend of heritage apples.

This project will be released during Virginia Cider Week, on Friday, November 20th.
